Sinergija 19 brings a new and improved registration system. Starting this year, you can log in using one of your personal accounts from: Microsoft, Linkedin, Facebook, Google or create an account using your email address. We have also simplified the registration for the purchase of more tickets, so now instead of codes, we have provided the benefits when registering more participants.
To participate in Sinergija 19, you need an electronic ticket (E-ticket) which you should bring with you and show it on the registration desk. You will receive an e-ticket (via email) by paying the registration fee or by using a voucher code. You can donate or give an e-ticket to others, which provides great flexibility for groups of participants and an even better view for E-ticket purchasers.
As a representative of your company, you can order multiple tickets during the registration and thus receive a unique pre-invoice of registration fees. Upon payment of the pre-invoice amount, the E-ticket serial numbers will be sent to you by email, which you can share with your co-workers or clients. Also, as a representative, you can register your co-workers or clients by entering their information in your User Profile - which is shown as the 'Members' option, thus directly assigning them E-tickets. If you have already registered participants from your organization and would like to purchase additional tickets, you can do it through your User Profile. When you log in, your username will appear in the upper right corner of the screen, where you can see the User Profile in the drop-down menu. To order additional tickets, you must select the Orders and Payments option in the User Profile. After that, please choose the Orders option and add a new order.
If you received a promo code from the organizer, you could enter the promo code at the first step of registration, to get an additional discount on E-ticket prices. If you, as a participant in a special capacity or as a conference partner, received a voucher that entitles you to free participation in the conference, you enter them in the same registration box in the first step.
Registration fees will be sold in three periods for the Technical Days, while for Business Day the same price will be applied in all periods.
Technical Days (October 16-17, 2019):
During the Super Promotional Period, which runs until September 22, 2019, you will be able to secure your registration fee for RSD 31,000 (EUR 250). During the promotional period, which runs from September 23 to October 2, 2019, the registration fee will be RSD 41,000 (EUR 330), and from October 3, 2019, until the very beginning of the conference, conference tickets will have a standard price of 52,000 RSD (420 EUR).
Business Day (October 18, 2019):
The Business Day registration fee for all registration periods is 25,000 RSD (200 EUR).
If you purchase a registration fee for Technical Days of Sinergija 19, you can get a registration fee for the Business Day with a discount of 50%, at a price of 12,500 RSD (100 EUR). This price is valid for all registration periods.
Note: All prices are quoted excluding VAT.
The Registration fee for Sinergija 19 Technical Days provides participants with access to all lectures within the Technical Conference Days (October 16 and 17), lunch, access to exhibitions, refreshment breaks, access to all entertainment facilities and conference materials provided for the Technical Days.
The Registration fee for the Business Day during Sinergija 19 provides access to Keynote's lecture, panel discussions within the Business Conference Day (October 18), access to exhibitions, refreshments and conference materials that will be used for the Business Day.
The Press registration fee provides access to the Press Center and the resources available at the Press Center on Sinergija 19.
Invoicing services for Sinergija will be provided by Conference Republic d.o.o. Upon registration, you will receive a pre-invoice for registration fee from Conference Republic d.o.o.
Just like in the previous years, this year, we also made sure to provide certain benefits when registering more participants for Sinergija 19. If you are planning to buy from 10 to 19 tickets, you will get a discount of 10%, from 20 to 29 the discount is 15%, and if you buy 30 or more tickets, you will get a discount of 20%.
The discount is valid for all registration waves.
The final schedule of events at the Sinergija 19 conference will be published on the Sinergija portal. With the accreditation, you will receive an agenda with the accreditation that contains a detailed schedule of all lectures by days, topics and halls, as well as a list of all speakers.
Of course. Each lecture is designed to give participants the opportunity to ask a question and discuss the topic of the lecture. In addition to the discussion in the class, you will also be able to ask questions through the Sinergija Portal or by contacting individual lecturers directly during and after the Sinergija conference.
The official language of the conference is Serbian and the lectures will be in Serbian or English.
