This is a session about AI in Microsoft 365 workplace environment, how this will change the way people work with improved speed of business, better quality and reduction of human error in communications, emails, collaboration and scheduling.

AI essentially enables shorter cycles and cuts the time it takes to move from one stage to the next, delivers nearly always error-free results, whereas that same reconciliation when handled, even in part, by human employees is prone to mistakes and handle tasks at a volume and velocity that's simply not possible for humans to match.

The session will go through the fundamentals of Microsoft 365 Copilot, demos and use cases from the field.
