Solution for secure help desk connections with role-based access controls, which allows your support team to remotely connect to the user’s device and provide assistance.

The right users will have the right privileges at the right time, to reduce the security risk of overprivileged users and reduce the burden on the help desk by allowing greater self-serve for basic scenarios, like setting up a local printer.
