Cloud Accelerate Factory is a Microsoft delivery program that helps customers accelerate Azure adoption through zero-cost deployment assistance from Microsoft experts. Operated by the Customer Success Unit (CSU), it supports the full project lifecycle — from discovery and planning to migration and validation — leveraging proven frameworks and best practices.

The Factory provides standardized, repeatable, and scalable migration services, similar to a Migration Factory, covering more then 30 type of workloads. It helps customers build inventory, assess dependencies, execute migrations, and validate workloads post-migration.
