Cloud Accelerate Factory is a Microsoft delivery program that helps customers accelerate Azure adoption through zero-cost deployment assistance from Microsoft experts. Operated by the Customer Success Unit (CSU), it supports the full project lifecycle — from discovery and planning to migration and validation — leveraging proven frameworks and best practices.

The Factory provides standardized, repeatable, and scalable migration services covering more then 30 type of workloads. It helps customers build inventory, assess dependencies, execute migrations, and validate workloads post-migration.
