Vukan Žarković

Senior Software & Data Engineer

Vukan is a Senior Software and Data Engineer based in Belgrade. At Artifit he works across data engineering, business intelligence, and applied ML, and he is leading a project building and maintaining forecasting models meant for multiple industries across the Western Balkans and Central and Eastern Europe.

His work focuses on data ingestion, aggregation and application to modern deep-learning forecasting models, including Temporal Fusion Transformers, in order to predict short and long-term trends based on historical data.

Marko Marjanović

Chief Digital and Innovation Officer

Marko is the Chief Digital and Innovation Officer at Artifit. He has built his expertise by designing and leading complex digital transformation programs for leading private-sector and public-administration organizations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with a focus on creating business value through the innovative use of modern technologies.

He is the driving force and architect behind a range of successful data analytics and artificial intelligence projects. His career spans senior organization, IT, process and project-management roles at Societe Generale and Marfin banks, Group IT Director at Victoria Group, and Strategic Digital Advisor for key accounts at Microsoft.

Session description
At Sinergija 2026, practical insights will be shared from building data and AI systems end to end, data ingestion and feature engineering to model evaluation and reporting. The session will provide a grounded view of where business-applied AI is realistically heading over the next few years in regards to prediction models, as well as technologies used within the Gravity4AI data platform, based on Microsoft Azure data products and services.
